The Problem

Client A wanted to retain the services of its President. The President wanted to share in the growth of the business that he believed was attributable to his efforts as well as in the event of a sale of the company. The client did not want to give up equity in the company.

Raymond International Actions

We met with the client and its President separately to identify specifically what each wanted and what each needed. We developed an employment agreement that provided the President with the beneficial equivalent of an equity position but without actual ownership.

Result

The Client retained the services of its President without giving up equity.

 


 


The Problem

Client B was awarded the logistics business of a technology company. However, the customer required the client to meet TAPA standards to service the business.

We created a checklist of security measures the client would need to meet in order to fulfill TAPA requirements. The client undertook to fulfill the checklist.

Result

The Client met TAPA standards to the satisfaction of its customer and obtained a lucrative logistics contract.
