Raymond International is a business law firm.
What distinguishes us from typical law firms is that we have extensive experience in running businesses not just in the practice of the law. As a result, our perspective is more pragmatically business-oriented.
Whereas most lawyers and law firms are risk-averse because of the potential for liability, we at Raymond International recognize that there are two sides to this coin. Without risk there will not be reward.
Therefore, we counsel and assist our clients in fully evaluating the scope of the risk, the likelihood of the risk going wrong and the potential liability if it does. We then counsel them on strategies to minimize the risk exposure.
We recognize that to succeed, a business must take risks. Our role is to empower business decision makers to make the best decisions as to which risks to undertake.
